Which one of our two lettings services is right for you?

Here at Partners Estate Agents Lettings Department we can offer two fully comprehensive services - Let Only and Fully Managed.  Within our lettings office at Saltburn we have a small but dedicated team at hand to help and guide you every step of the way through the lettings process - it's just up to you which level of service and how much involvement you want.

Full Management

Our ultimate aim of fully managing your property, whether you have one or several properties, is to handle the tenancy from start to finish and therefore take away all the hassle of letting a property away from you, the landlord.  We will thoroughly reference all prospective tenants using Leaseguard, a recognised reference agency, draw up the tenancy agreement and arrange a convenient move in date and signing of the agreement etc (this will be done at our Saltburn office).  Prior to a move in we will carry out a detailed and thorough inventory of condition and contents of the property and at the end of the tenancy we will carry out a move out report  before releasing the bond.  We will collect the rent and pay it over to you by BACS transfer, we will hold the tenants bond money independently, arrange for any repairs and maintenance to be carried out as are deemed necessary and using our discretion and we will contact the relevant utility companies to inform them of meter readings and new occupancy etc.

Let Only

This service is aimed more for the 'experienced' landlord who doesn't mind still been involved to some degree.  We would still reference all prospective tenants and draw up the tenancy agreement, arrange convenient move in date and signing of the agreement (at our Saltburn office) and forward any outstanding monies on to you but then you, the landlord, would take over the management.

For prospective tenants, we are constantly getting new rental properties so please keep checking this website and Rightmove.co.uk where all new properties to let are registered.  You can also call in to our Loftus office or telephone us on (01287) 644727 and ask to be registered on our rental mailing list thus enabling us to match you, a prospective tenant, with new rental properties as and when they come on.  We will talk you through the stages of applying for a rental property and what you need to do prior to actually receiving the keys of your new rental property.
